23.     What content or services would you like to see added to the Library web site? Tell what's new in the library, not just activities but books and have online calendar listing the activities for the month; More reviews of the books currently available.; none -- it is perfect  

24.     How could we improve our computer services at this branch?

It’s just fine; computers that are private – now they are too close to each other; Offer classes in basic computer skills. Have children's computers for educational games. Laptop computers for check out in the library; Never been on computer; kids games; podcasts; email address for staff members

 

25.     Do you have any suggestions about how the Twin Lakes Library System could better serve you?

1. Love the adult reading club – excited about completing it! ; Keep up the wonderful work 2.  more books, music, CDs and videos in general 3. hire more college or high school students of all races 4. open more hours especially on Saturday 5.  more people to check out books at projected busy times 6. keep the Sinclair branch open 7.  more Christian fiction; excellent job! Very helpful in obtaining inter-library materials 8. People working at front desk (check-in, check-out area) are VERY unfriendly. They act like we are disturbing them when we check out books.  9. We love the children's section, though. We love Ms. Anne Moore! 10. Everything is fine with me! 11. Stay open later. More weekend movies 11. More books 12. Digital camera checkouts 13. Keep up the great work. 14. Increase all areas of books. 15. More staff and hours. 16. Less noise; unable to concentrate 17. Also as the summer hours are upon us it seems more often than not that all computers filled, as they are now. Books on hold -- may times when I put a book on hold it is available at the downtown branch but either I get there to pull it off the shelf (days later) before it is pulled by staff or the book comes from another library when our copy is right there. 33.
