The Twin Lakes Library System is proud to showcase authors of the region, whose work spans a variety of genres. From classic works of  the past to new up and coming authors, the newly formed Old Capital Press is Milledgeville, Georgia's footprint in the literary world.

Old Capital Press Titles:

	Zane's Story by Connie Duckworth Zane's Story is a book about a child that is diagnosed with Epilepsy and a rare condition called Landau-Kleffner Syndrome at the age of five. The story is told by his mother as she watches her son go from a normal five-year-old boy to a child that she soon would not recognize. 	The History of the Baldwin County Public Library by Barry Reese and Kell Carpenter From its humble beginnings as a storefront operation to its current status as a single-county library system, the Baldwin County Public Library has served the community of Milledgeville and Baldwin County, the Antebellum Capital of Georgia, for 70 years.
